If I close my eyes, I fall right back to each and every one of these moments. Every day, my mind dreams and is filled with flashbacks of the experiences I have had over the past year.

Whether the memory be as significant as seeing the Eiffel Tower for the first time or walking through historic Rome, or as small as a stranger’s smile on the metro, a meal shared in a new country, or a rainy day at home in Barcelona.

Each and every one of these memories are filled with adventure, growth, love, happiness, and friends that I will forever remember. These small moments define 2016 for me.

I am beyond grateful for these memories, and cannot wait to see what 2017 will bring. I am surrounded by loving friends and family, have a Spring Break trip planned to Mexico, plan to graduate in December, and hope to travel Europe again in the summer.
